Rentals
China, glassware, flatware, linens, tents, canopies, chairs, tables, party decorations, porta-bars, and more are available at current rental prices. A 10% handling fee will be added to the final invoice. Service staff is required in most instances (see below). A minimum of 72 hours notice is required on all cancellations.

Liquor
Please consult with our event managers about bar set-up. We can make arrangements with a variety of vendors for the delivery of beer, wine, liquor, mixes, ice, soft drinks, and all necessary supplies. We can assist in the planning, ordering, and delivery of alcohol to your event, but assume no liability or responsibility for the service of alcoholic beverages to minors or guests. Per Colorado liquor laws, you will be billed directly by the liquor vendor.

Serving staff
Cravings has professional servers and bartenders to assist with any type of event, whether formal or casual. Servers require 48-hour notice. The cost is $20 per hour per server or bartender with a 4-hour minimum. For any event, server hours may vary and do not include gratuity.

Off Premise Chef
Professionally trained chefs are available for tableside cooking, carving stations, and breakfast or brunch parties. At a cost of $25 per hour per chef with a 2-hour minimum. Hours may vary.

Cravings Serving Staff

Policies
There is a 23% charge for materials, transport and event coordination on all events, which require delivery and set-up. A minimum order of $250 is required on all events, bookings and catering orders, unless noted otherwise. Most per-guest buffet menus require a minimum of 15 guests. A non-refundable deposit of $250 is required to secure an event date. A deposit schedule will be determined by the event manager and presented to the client.
