Our renowned Executive Chef
Our Executive Chef, Jonathan Peterson has added a fresh and exciting new culinary angle to our family of companies. Jonathan joined our staff in September of 2004 and served under Chef David Parker as his Sous Chef before moving into the Executive Chef position in January of 2008. Jonathan graduated from the four year Apprentice program at the Broadmoor Hotel in 2003, giving him a solid background in classical French and Nouvelle cuisines, as well as every aspect of the working kitchen. He loves the fast pace and excitement of the hot line and the strategy and management of the catering kitchen.
Born and raised in Colorado Springs, Jonathan is the epitome of the “outdoorsman’. He loves to camp, four-wheel, fish, hike and be with family. Humble and understated, you would never know he is incredible on the golf course. Jonathan is loved and respected by his co-workers and acclaimed by our customers. He plays a huge part in our growth and continued success.
